Gardion Terms of Service

1. Service

Gardion provides parental-control software for Windows and Android, including screen-time reporting, application limits, web filtering, Android location and geofences, and emergency alerts. Registering an account or paying for a plan means that you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 and be the child's parent, legal guardian, or another person legally entitled to manage the child's device. Gardion must not be used for covert monitoring of an adult, stalking, industrial espionage, or any unlawful purpose. A serious violation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account

You must provide a working email address, use a password of at least eight characters, and protect your credentials. One account is intended for one household and may not be resold or used as a commercial monitoring service.

4. Plans and payment

Current prices and plan limits are shown at https://gardion.io/#pricing. Payments are one-off annual payments in Russian roubles through YooKassa. Gardion does not automatically renew a plan or store card details. A new account receives a 14-day trial; after it ends, the account stays on the Free plan unless a paid plan is chosen.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment by emailing app@gardion.io. After that period, a pro-rata refund is available only when Gardion cannot provide the paid service because of a fault on our side. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider.

6. Child-data consent

Before installing a child agent, you must confirm your legal authority and consent to processing the child's data under the Privacy Policy. If the child is 10 or older, you must also confirm that the child has been informed about the parental-control software.

7. Availability and limitations

We aim for 99.5% monthly server availability and support replies within two business days. No parental-control product can guarantee that every technically skilled user will be unable to bypass every restriction. Gardion is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for supervision or emergency services. Android features depend on permissions and device-vendor restrictions.

8. Acceptable use

You must not reverse engineer the service, bypass its protections, attack its infrastructure, interfere with other users, or use Gardion to create a competing product.

9. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Gardion at any time and delete your account in Settings or at https://gardion.io/winsysmon/delete-account. After confirmed deletion, active parent and child data is erased immediately and irreversibly. Anonymised payment and accounting records may be retained only as required by law. Account deletion does not itself submit a refund request.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Please send a claim to app@gardion.io before filing a court action. Material changes to these Terms will be announced by email before they take effect.
