What happens a year after I pay for Family?

Nothing automatic. There's no subscription — we'll email a week before it ends and you decide whether to renew. If you don't, the device drops to Free (1 device stays protected, the rest lose sync).

What if my kid installs a VPN to get around it?

They won't. We block 40+ VPN apps and other bypass tricks — at the system level, not just in the browser. That's what ordinary blockers can't do. The only real workaround is reinstalling Windows from scratch — well beyond "the kid poked around a bit".

What payment methods do you accept?

Right on the site through our payment provider. Cards, Apple Pay and instant bank transfers all work.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of payment — no questions asked, through the form on the site. After 14 days it's a prorated refund for the unused period.

Where is my child's data stored?

On our own servers in Russia (Moscow datacenter). GDPR-ready. Not a single metric or log leaves the country. We run no third-party analytics trackers — only our own stats.
